How do I know the purity is genuine?
Zarwana focuses on premium 925 sterling silver jewellery.
Each eligible piece is quality checked before dispatch, and product-specific
invoice or certification details are provided where applicable. Prices are shown
as MRP before checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a
full refund or exchange, provided they are unaltered, in original condition and
returned with the original packaging and documents. Return shipping is arranged by
us and fully insured.
Do you offer buyback or exchange?
Yes. Eligible Zarwana pieces can be bought back at the value
of 92.5% silver at the time of return, calculated on the net silver weight. For
handmade pieces or jewellery with stones, stones and other decorative non-silver
additions are excluded from the buyback weight.
How long does delivery take?
Ready pieces ship within 3–5 working days in tamper-sealed,
insured packaging. Made-to-order and custom lengths take 2–3 weeks; we'll keep
you posted at every stage.
Can I order a custom length or weight?
Absolutely. Many pieces can be made to your preferred length
or weight. Write to the atelier or reach us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm what is
possible for that design.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Wipe gently with the polishing cloth included in your box and
store the piece in its case. Avoid perfumes, pools and harsh chemicals; reach out
to Zarwana care support whenever your jewellery needs professional attention.
