Who we are

Zarwana is operated by Jodhamal Jewell Arts, Bungalow No. 184, Abu Lane, Fawarra Chowk, Meerut 250001, Uttar Pradesh, India. The owner and responsible person for customer privacy requests is Ishaan Jain.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to run the store and support your order, including your name, phone number, email address, shipping and billing address, checkout details, order history, return requests, buyback requests, contact-form messages, WhatsApp enquiries and Instagram enquiries.

We may also collect shopping activity such as cart items, wishlist items, recently viewed pieces and customer-account activity so we can remember your preferences, show digital invoices, and send relevant reminders or special offers for pieces you saved or left in your cart.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders, collect payment, issue invoices, arrange insured shipping, handle customer support, manage returns and buyback requests, maintain customer accounts, improve the website, and send service messages or promotional updates where allowed. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment data

Payments are processed through our commerce and payment partners, including Shopify and Razorpay. We do not store your full card number, UPI credentials, banking password or other sensitive payment authentication details.
