Ready-stock orders

You can cancel any order for a ready-stock piece free of charge, any time before it's dispatched. Once dispatched, our Return Policy applies instead. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number — we ship within 3–5 working days, so there's a short window to act.

Made-to-order & custom pieces

Custom lengths and made-to-order pieces are cancellable free of charge only before craftsmanship begins. Once our artisans start work on your specific piece — typically within 24–48 hours of ordering — the order can no longer be cancelled, since it's being made to your exact specification and can't be resold as-is. Our lifetime silver buyback policy may still apply to these pieces once you receive them.

How to cancel

Reach us via Contact or WhatsApp with your order number, as early as possible. We'll confirm whether your order can still be cancelled and process any approved refund promptly.

Refund timeline

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
