Our promise

Unworn pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. If a piece doesn't feel right, we'd rather take it back than have you keep something you won't wear.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, a piece must be:

— Unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition
— Returned with its original box, pouch, invoice and any product certificate provided
— Initiated within 7 days of the delivery date

Made-to-order and custom-length pieces follow our Cancellation Policy instead, since production begins on your specific order.

How to start a return

Write to us through our Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number. We'll arrange a fully insured pickup at no cost to you — you never pay for return shipping.

Refunds & exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the piece, we'll process your refund to the original payment method or arrange your exchange. Refunds are usually reflected within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Beyond 7 days

Missed the window? Our lifetime silver buyback policy may still apply. Eligible Zarwana pieces can be bought back at the value of 92.5% silver at the time of return, calculated on the net weight of silver. For handmade pieces or jewellery with stones, stones and other decorative non-silver additions are excluded from the buyback weight.
