Acceptance of these terms

Zarwana is operated by Jodhamal Jewell Arts, Bungalow No. 184, Abu Lane, Fawarra Chowk, Meerut 250001, Uttar Pradesh, India. By browsing or ordering from Zarwana, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, please don't use this site to place an order.

Products & pricing

Zarwana sells premium 925 sterling silver jewellery. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) as the product MRP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work to keep product information accurate, but handcrafted pieces may vary slightly in weight, finish, stone placement and appearance. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example if a piece is no longer in stock). Payment is processed securely through our commerce and payment partners, including Shopify and Razorpay — we do not store your full card, UPI or banking authentication details.

Returns, cancellations & buyback

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, and copy on this site belong to Zarwana unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We aim for every piece to arrive exactly as described and undamaged. Where something goes wrong on our end, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
